We contacted Hydrospares after our hot tub would not work and the company who supplied it quoted £500. After several phone calls and chats we purchased the wet end only, £100 and it came the next day! Everyone we spoke to were exceptionally helpful, as we did not really not know what we wanted. We contacted Hydrospares as our Jacuzzi motor had ceased, the patience that the online staff (Richard & Goisa) had with us was fantastic as we didn“t know anything about what we needed.
