These Terms govern your participation in Subscribe & Save on Hydrospares.co.uk and are between you and Hydrospares and/or its affiliates ("Us" or "We"). The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hydrospares, as appropriate in relation to subscriptions. Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order through subscriptions, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Eligible Purchases
Only selected products are available for subscription, and are identified as such on their listing page. You need an account to register for and purchase subscriptions. Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) or any benefit associated with your subscription.
Ordering Process
Once you have subscribed to regular deliveries for subscription products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription without any further action required by you. Some subscription and product details (including price, discount and availability) may change over time. Each order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. Before each order is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details and instructions for cancelling / modifying your order if you wish to do so.
Each subscription constitutes a separate order, the contract of sale is concluded when the product is dispatched to you and you receive a dispatch confirmation.
If any item is not available for your date of renewal, you will be notified of the delay and will not be charged.
Price & payment
For each subscription order you will be charged the price (including VAT where appropriate) of each subscription product on the day your order is processed, as detailed in the order confirmation email.
Your subscriptions continue until cancelled. The price of each subscription order will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your order using the payment method you used to create your subscription order, your subscription will be cancelled.
Cancellation or modification to subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will not affect any orders for which you have already received a dispatch confirmation email. You can via your account decide to skip upcoming cycles of renewal or change what day you would prefer for delivery, this would also not affect for any orders for which you have already received a dispatch confirmation email.
We retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel a subscription, and you want to continue with the subscription again you need to re-subscribe through the listing and re-purchasing the product.
Amendments
We may change these terms applicable to subscriptions at any time. Your continued participation in subscriptions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must cancel your subscription(s). Details on how to cancel your subscriptions can be found here.
