Over the last year we have been working really hard to rethink the Hydrospares website, focusing on a new menu & navigation structure, a fresher look, better product listings & lots of new products & features too. What's more the site is now 'responsive' meaning it will work on mobile devices like smart phones & tablets.
So far, 2014 has been a busy and exciting year, having settled into a new purpose-built premises, we have welcomed two new members of staff.
Alice Jones has joined the team as Customer Service and Sales Advisor, from an internet retail background, Alice brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
Alice will be on hand to answer sales calls and live chats, to guarantee that every customer is provided with the knowledge and service in order to find the parts they need.
Mark Seaman the new Warehouse Manager, has joined to co-ordinate stock in the warehouse, to ensure reduced dispatch times, which is great as there are so many orders flying out of the door on a daily basis! With a strong electrical background, suited to the variety of skills needed for manufacturing hot tubs, Mark will also be helping out in the Splash-Tec workshop.
