Terms
Receive a free gift when you reach your qualifying net spend from 15th Nov 15th Dec 2024
What is Qualifying Net Spend:
Qualifying Spend excludes taxes, shipping fees, returns.
Qualifying Spend is the total amount of orders in your account from 15th Nov - 15th Dec 2024.
All purchases made during the qualifying period are non refundable unless faulty
If you return an item within the qualifying period or cancel an order it will be deducted from the qualifying spend. There will be no refunds after the Gift has been issued unless goods are faulty.
Special Order or non stock items CANNOT be cancelled.
All orders must be received by midnight Sun 15th Dec 2024 to qualify.
How do I know what my target spend is?
We set the target spend on a per customer basis, this will be communicated to you when you apply to take part in the promotion.
Offer is open to trade customers only.
Opt in:
To take part in this promotion you must actively opt In & then claim your gift at the end of the promotion.
You have up to 30 days to reach the qualifying spend so you can opt into the promotion at any point up to the 15th Dec 24
By opting in to the promotion you accept the terms and conditions.
Payment
All purchases made during the qualifying period must be paid for in full before any Free gift is released.
Credit account customers must clear their account in full before any free gift is released.
Should the target spend take your account over your agreed credit terms then you may need to pay for goods on a proforma basis to be able to reach the target.
Gifts
Only one gift may be claimed per Customer account.
Gifts are available whilst stocks last - If a particular advertised gift is not available you may be offered an alternative or an Amazon voucher to the equivalent value (based on what we paid for the goods not the RRP)
Gifts will be shipped after validation of the claim, to the main Account holders address via standard delivery methods – No site deliveries can be made
(UK mainland only)
For highlands & islands or offshore addresses we may charge delivery for the gift unless goods are shipped with a normal stock order.
