In addition to the manufacturers standard warranty (usually 1 year) we also offer the opportunity for you to extend this warranty by a further 1 year for a one off fee. This can be arranged at the point of purchase or within a limited time afterwards.
An extended warranty is an easy way to protect your purchase, against any manufacturing defects causing breakdown. You will benefit from free repairs for the term of the warranty period & If your equipment can't be repaired then we will replace it free of charge.(A delivery surcharge may apply for non UK mainland addresses)
This warranty and the standard manufacturer’s warranty does not cover general wear and tear, abuse or misuse or incorrect installation.

Balboa PCB - 54504 GL2000 MK3 Spa Pack -HSEX2000 HydroSpa

This circuit board is a genuine Balboa replacement for boards labeled 54504 fitted to plastic Balboa GL2000 MK3 HydroSpa spa control packs.
This is a Genuine HSEX2000 board so the dip switches are set for use with HydroSpa controls. This board can also fitted to Balboa spa packs (55048-04)
The GL2000 MK3 PCB's are compatible with the Balboa's High end ML range of topside controls.

The PCB should be fitted with all the dip switch settings the same as the faulty PCB being replaced. For correct installation, the PCB should be fitted by a qualified tradesman or electrician.

Please Note:
These are generic boards. If you are replacing a customised board you may encounter inconsistency with the topside control. Customised board are specified by the hot tub manufacture for specific models. Although the boards may look the same the will be programmed to the hot tub manufactures specifications. Custom boards are usually only available from the hot tub manufacture and, if available are usually quite expensive.
If you do experience inconsistencies after fitting a generic board then replacing the topside control panel as well usually remedies this.

*Please ensure you take care to select the correct PCB for your application, as all PCBs are non-refundable items - If you are unsure, please contact our friendly customer service team and we will do our best to give you the information we have available in order for you to be able to make the correct purchase (we cannot be held liable for any incorrect items purchased)

Note: All equipment must be installed by a competent individual or trades person, in accordance with the relevant electrical & building safety regulations. Installing an incompatible PCB may result in damage to it, and other system components, which is not covered by warranty.

PCB's and other sensitive electrical equipment cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened, tampered with or if the item has been fitted.

If a PCB board is suspected of being faulty, it will need to be returned to us within the warranty period so it can be returned to the manufacturer for inspection & testing. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will repair or replace it under warranty. If the board is not at fault or is found to have been damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse then the warranty will be void and an additional charge will be made to cover the costs of return shipping.

Important Information:
Our ranges must be installed by a competent individual or tradesman, that is trained within the industry. Spa Packs and other computerised equipment are exempt from our returns policy if they have been opened or installed. If the spa pack is suspected as being faulty, it will need to be returned to us within the warranty period and will then be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed to be faulty, we will replace under warranty. If the board is not at fault or is found to have been damaged due to installation, an additional charge will be required to cover the costs of shipping and return.

i have aspaform prestege 35 it has gone into ice mode ,no lights in tub not working although contol panel indicater lights up,also jets and blower not working but spinning on control panel.

Dear Gary. Please see information below; Balboa Error Code: Ice, IC or Freeze Cond Message ICE, IC, or FREEZE COND Message A Potential Freeze Condition has been Detected, and "Ice" (ICE) in the System is being Prevented. 44°F (6.7°C) or Lower has been Detected at the Lowest Temp Sensor, or the Aux Freeze Switch has Closed, and All Pumps and Blower are Activated. All Pumps and Blower are ON for at least 4 Minutes After Temp is 45°F (7.2°C) or Above at the Sensors, or when the Aux Freeze Switch Opens. This is an Operational Message, Not an Error Indication. Either wait for the Potential Freeze Condition to End, or contact your Dealer or Service Organization. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. Best Regards
