Profec PVC Glue with Brush - 250ml

Instructions -

• Cut the pipe ends square and chamfer the edges to an angle of 15 degrees.
• Clean and degrease the surfaces to be bonded (PVC pipe and fittings) with absorbent paper soaked in Profec PVC Cleaner.
• With the brush apply a uniform coat of the Profec U-PVC Solvent cement to both surfaces to be bonded in a longitudinal direction to the end of the pipe.
• Assemble immediately, within 3 minutes after application (open time). Fit the glued parts together completely and without twisting.
• Hold the assembly for a few seconds until the glue sets. Remove excess glue with a clean cloth. Wait 5 minutes (15 min at less than 10 degrees in Temperature) before handling.
• Do not apply pressures above 1.5 bar to the piping system for at least 24 hours after bonding.
