1. Contract Between Us
Payment of the full price constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and confirm by email (Dispatch Confirmation Email).
2. Acknowledgement of Your Order
We will send an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not form a contract.
3. Ownership of Rights
All content on the Site, including copyright, is owned or licensed by Isell Ltd (Hydrospares.co.uk) Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial use, copying, modification, or redistribution requires permission. Hydrospares and other site marks are our trademarks; all other trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Accuracy of Content
We aim to provide accurate product information, pricing, and descriptions. However, errors, mispricing, or inaccuracies may occur. Hydrospares.co.uk is not liable for these errors and reserves the right to cancel or correct orders affected.
5. Damage to Your Computer
We aim to provide a virus-free website but cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for your devices. Hydrospares.co.uk is not liable for damage unless caused by our negligence.
6. Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If items are unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or allow cancellation.
7. Ordering Responsibility
Customer Responsibility for Selection As a distributor of specialised components, we provide detailed technical specifications, dimensions, and manufacturer part numbers on our Site to assist you. However, the final responsibility for ensuring that a product is compatible with your specific spa, pool, or electrical system rests with you.
Technical Information Any images, drawings, or descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes and to provide an approximate description of the goods. While we strive for 100% accuracy, you must verify the physical requirements of your installation before purchasing.
Provision of Advice
General Guidance: Our customer service team can provide general guidance based on the information you provide. However, unless we have physically inspected your installation or provided a written guarantee of compatibility for a specific model, this guidance does not constitute a warranty that the part is fit for your specific purpose.
Professional Installation: Many products we sell (such as heaters, pumps, and control systems) require installation by a qualified professional. We strongly recommend you consult a qualified spa engineer to verify the part required before placing your order.
"Fit for Purpose" Claims If you require a product for a specific or non-standard purpose, you must notify us in writing and receive written confirmation from us that the product is suitable for that purpose prior to purchase. In the absence of such written confirmation, we are only responsible for ensuring the goods match their published description and are of satisfactory quality.
Incorrect Selection If you order an incorrect part, you may return it under your "Right to Change Your Mind" (see Clause 12.1). Please note that once a part has been installed, or "test-fitted" in a way that leaves marks, scratches, or traces of water/chemicals, it is no longer in a resalable condition, and a significant deduction will be made from any refund.
8. Price
Prices on the website are displayed including VAT by default, unless you choose to view them excluding VAT using the toggle. All prices are indicative at the time of order. If we cannot fulfil your order at the listed price, we will contact you with the correct price and the period for which the offer is valid..
9. Payment Terms
Payment is via debit/credit card, PayPal, or Klarna at the time of order. We may refuse to process orders if full payment cannot be obtained.
10. Delivery Charges & Arrangements
Delivery charges vary and are shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply to certain locations. Delivery times and dates stated on our website, order confirmation, or provided by our customer service team are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee delivery by an estimated date. Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will aim to deliver without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days, subject to your statutory rights. Ownership and Risk passes to you once goods are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence to help us claim with couriers.
Click & Collect Orders
Where a customer selects a “Click & Collect” delivery option, the order will be made available for collection from our nominated warehouse once the customer has been notified that the goods are ready for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the goods within 30 calendar days of being notified that the order is ready.
If the goods are not collected within this 30-day period, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Contact the customer to arrange collection or confirm instructions
- Charge reasonable storage fees where applicable (not exceeding our actual costs incurred)
- Cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method
- Deduct any reasonable costs incurred in processing, storing, or handling the goods prior to cancellation
Where an order is cancelled due to non-collection, any refund will be made in accordance with your statutory rights, less any deductions permitted under this clause. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Import Duty & International Customers
For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
International deliveries may be subject to additional shipping costs, longer transit times, and delays due to customs clearance. Risk passes to you once goods are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, if you ask us to deliver the goods to a carrier that you have arranged yourself (and which is not one of our delivery options), risk will pass to you once the goods are handed to that carrier
If you do not pay the required import duties, taxes, or customs charges, or if you refuse delivery for this reason, the goods may be returned to us. In these circumstances, we may deduct from any refund the reasonable costs incurred as a result of the return, including return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and any administrative costs. Where these costs exceed the amount refundable, we may require you to pay the balance.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Damage, Loss, or Transit Issues (International Orders)
International customers are subject to the same inspection and reporting requirements as domestic customers. You must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and report any damage, shortage, or transit-related issue to us within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
This requirement applies regardless of the destination country, delivery method, or carrier used. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate or process a claim with the carrier or insurance provider. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
12. Consumer Rights, Returns & Warranties
Your Right to Change Your Mind (Distance Selling) For most items bought online or over the phone, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a refund.
The Cooling-off Period: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
Returning the Goods: You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Condition & Deductions: You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not "use" them (e.g., installing a pump or plumbing in a heater). We reserve the right to reduce your refund (up to 100%) if the value of the goods is diminished by unnecessary handling, damage, or if they are returned in a non-resalable condition.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
Damage in Transit: Please inspect your goods immediately. If an item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. This allows us to claim against our couriers.
Faults Within 30 Days: If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not as expected within 30 days, you may be entitled to a refund under your statutory rights.
Faults After 30 Days: After the first 30 days, your statutory rights may include a right to repair or replacement. Where appropriate, we may repair the goods or provide a replacement before a refund or price reduction becomes available, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful or not appropriate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Manufacturer Warranties: Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms. These may vary by product and may include different durations, exclusions, and replacement conditions. We may need to refer claims to the manufacturer for assessment.
Replacement Goods: Where goods are repaired or replaced under a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty applicable to the replacement goods will be determined by the relevant manufacturer's warranty terms.
A replacement does not automatically extend or restart the warranty period unless the manufacturer expressly provides for this.
Exclusions: Warranty claims may be affected where faults arise from accident, neglect, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, incorrect electrical supply, dry-running, unsuitable water chemistry, scaling, corrosion, or other external factors, subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms and your statutory rights.
How to Return an Item
RMA Number: Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via our website's "Start Your Return" portal. Returns sent without an RMA may experience significant delays in processing.
Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are packaged securely for transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Return Postage Costs:
If an item is faulty, not as described, or sent in error, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. For UK returns, this is up to £15.
Faulty or Warranty Items: International manufacturer warranty claims are handled on a "Return to Base" basis. If an item needs to be returned to our UK warehouse for inspection, testing or repair, the customer is responsible for the return postage and risk in transit.
Please contact us to discuss before sending goods back as you may need an RMA number. If you are returning an item for any other reason Eg because you changed your mind, postage costs are not refundable.
Always use a tracked service for returns as we cannot refund for goods we do not receive back.
Warranty, Returns & Carrier Liability
Where a return is authorised, you are responsible for arranging the return of the goods to us, unless we agree in writing to arrange collection. If we arrange a courier collection on your behalf, this is provided as a convenience only. Unless otherwise agreed, the contract for carriage remains between you and the carrier.
For items returned because you have changed your mind:
You are responsible for the return cost
The goods remain at your risk until received by us
For items returned because they are faulty, damaged, or not as described:
We will cover reasonable return costs and the risk in transit, in line with your statutory rights
We may provide a return label or arrange collection at our discretion
Packaging & Return Condition:
You are responsible for ensuring that all returned goods are securely and appropriately packaged for transit. This applies whether the return is arranged by you or by us. We may request photographs of the goods and packaging before collection or return. If goods are returned damaged due to inadequate or insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to reduce any refund to reflect the loss in value caused, or refuse a refund or replacement where appropriate.
In all cases, we recommend using a tracked and insured service where you are arranging the return.
We are not liable for loss or damage in return transit where the return is arranged by you, unless this is due to our negligence.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
We will usually process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will refund the basic delivery cost (the cheapest method we offer), but we do not refund premium or express delivery surcharges.
Free Shipping Orders: If your original order qualified for free standard delivery because it met our free-shipping threshold, and a return subsequently reduces the value of the goods retained below that threshold, we may deduct the standard delivery charge that would have applied to the order from your refund.
Proof of Fault Before Return
Before returning any item claimed to be faulty, please provide reasonable evidence of the fault for assessment by us.
This may include photographs, video evidence, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information (such as installation details, error codes, or water chemistry readings where applicable).
We may:
- Request further information
- Provide troubleshooting steps
- Delay issuing an RMA or rejecting a warranty claim where sufficient evidence has not been provided
An RMA number will normally be issued once the reported fault has been reviewed and the information required for assessment has been provided.
This process forms part of our warranty assessment and is required to determine whether the goods meet the standards outlined in Clause 12.2 (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods).
Where a fault is suspected, you should avoid further installation or modification where reasonably possible as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Pre-Installation & Fitting Notice (Section 13) for full guidance on verification, installation, and warranty conditions.
If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, or the issue is due to misuse, incorrect installation, failure to follow pre-installation guidance, or external factors (including water chemistry), we reserve the right to:
- Refuse a refund or replacement
- Charge reasonable handling, testing, and return carriage costs Manufacturers usually charge between £50-£75 to test goods.
- This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Pre-Installation Advice
Read the pre-installation notice for safe installation, returns, and warranty information.
Pre-Installation & Fitting Notice
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENCING INSTALLATION
To ensure your safety and protect your warranty, please follow these steps before installing or fitting any parts purchased from Isell Ltd (Hydrospares).
1. Verification Before Fitting
Before opening any internal sealed packaging or attempting to fit the product, please: Visual Match: Compare the new part with the old part. Check that dimensions, port sizes, and electrical connections match.
Compatibility Check: Verify that the part number matches your spa or pool manufacturer’s requirements.
"Dry Fit" Only: Do not apply glue, sealant, or "plumb in" the item until you are certain it is correct. Once a part has been fitted, glued, or used, it is no longer returnable under "Change of Mind" regulations.
2. Qualified Installation Required
Many of our products (including Heaters, Pumps, PC Boards, and Ozone Generators) involve high-voltage electricity and pressurized water.
We strongly recommend that all technical parts be fitted by a qualified spa engineer or electrician.
Incorrect installation can cause catastrophic failure of the part and your spa system. Damage caused by incorrect installation or poor workmanship is not covered under warranty.
3. Water Chemistry & Warranty
For all items that come into contact with water (Pumps, Heaters, Sensors):
Your warranty is dependent on maintaining correct water chemistry.
Damage caused by excessive chemical levels (e.g., chlorine/bromine spikes) or improper pH balancing (which causes scaling or corrosion) is classified as "misuse" and will void your warranty.
4. Electrical Parts & "Testing"
Electronic components (such as PCB boards) cannot be returned once the protective anti-static bag is opened or the board has been powered up. We do not offer a "buy-to-test" service. If you are unsure of the fault in your spa, please seek professional diagnosis before opening electronic components.
5. What to do if the part seems incorrect
If you believe the part is incorrect or arrived damaged:
Stop immediately. Do not attempt to "make it fit."
Take clear photographs of the part and your original unit.

ISELL reserves the right to request proof of professional installation before accepting a warranty claim
Faulty Goods and Claims Process
The Customer must notify ISELL of any fault within a reasonable time after discovery.
All warranty claims are handled on a return-to-base basis. The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to ISELL for inspection.
ISELL will test returned Goods. If:
No fault is found, or
The issue arises from incorrect installation, misuse, or external factors
ISELL reserves the right to charge reasonable administration, testing and handling costs before returning the Goods.
ISELL may send Goods to the manufacturer for further inspection, which may take approximately 28 days.
Replacement Policy
ISELL does not offer advance replacements.
Replacement Goods will only be dispatched once:
The original Goods have been received, inspected, and
A fault has been confirmed
Any replacement will be supplied subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.
If urgent replacement is required, the Customer must place a new order. A credit will be issued if the original item is later confirmed defective.
Replacement Warranty: Where a product is repaired or replaced under a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty applicable to the replacement will be determined by the relevant manufacturer's warranty terms. A replacement does not automatically extend or restart the warranty period unless the manufacturer expressly provides for this.
Returns Procedure
All returns must be initiated via the “Start / View Your Return” portal on our website. All returns must be authorised in advance through ISELL’s returns process, and a valid returns reference (RMA number) must be obtained before any Goods are returned.
Where requested, the Customer must provide reasonable information and/or photographs of the Goods prior to return to assist with assessment and processing.
Goods must be securely and appropriately packaged to ensure safe transit. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Goods are adequately protected against damage during return shipping.
Where Goods are returned using a courier arranged by the Customer or by ISELL on the Customer’s behalf, the Goods remain the Customer’s responsibility until received and signed for by ISELL.
If Goods are received damaged due to inadequate or insufficient packaging, ISELL reserves the right to reduce any refund to reflect any loss in value caused, or to refuse a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Returns must be sent to:
Hydrospares Returns, Isell Ltd, Unit 5 Penrose House, Treleigh Ind Est, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 4DE.
11. Termination for Insolvency
ISELL may terminate any Contract and suspend supply if the Customer becomes insolvent, enters liquidation, or fails payment obligations for 30 days after notice.

ISELL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: Death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
For all other claims, ISELL liability is limited, at our discretion, to the amount paid for the goods, except where prohibited by law

Invalid provisions will be interpreted to give effect to the remaining Terms.
19. International Customers

Wellness Products - Saunas & Ice Baths
Before You Purchase
Choosing the right wellness product requires careful consideration before placing your order, as these are large, specialist items.
When selecting a sauna, you should consider:
- Available installation space and the delivery access route.
- Whether your property is correctly prepared for the required electrical supply (typically 32A where specified).
- Suitable base requirements, ventilation and final positioning.
- Whether an assembled or flat-pack model best suits your installation.
If you are unsure which product is right for your requirements, please contact Hydrospares (Isell Ltd) before ordering.
Delivery & Installation
All saunas and ice baths are delivered to the front of your property, typically your driveway or doorstep, using a suitable delivery vehicle.
It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Arrange for the product to be moved into its final position.
- Ensure there is suitable access for delivery.
- Arrange installation where required.
- Ensure any necessary electrical work has been completed before installation.
Delivery lead times vary depending on the product and stock availability. Estimated lead times will be provided prior to purchase where applicable.
Returns
Due to the size, weight and bespoke nature of wellness products, returns are handled differently to our standard product ranges.
Products may only be returned if:
- They remain unused and in their original packaging.
- They have not been installed or assembled.
- They are returned in a condition suitable for resale.
- Return authorisation has been obtained from Hydrospares (Isell Ltd) before returning the product.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of unwanted products unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
Special order or made-to-order products may be non-returnable unless faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
