Please note that all delivery services are provided on a best endeavours basis. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are unable to offer refunds for parcels that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window, as delays are outside of our control.
Leave Safe Deliveries
If you choose a Leave Safe delivery option, the courier responsibility is deemed fulfilled once the parcel is delivered to the nominated safe place.
Proof of delivery (photographs or tracking confirmation) will be accepted.
Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivered.

Chemicals incur a £0.50 Environmental Charge.

Next Working Day orders must be placed before 2:00pm. (Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday).

International Delivery
Due to changes in shipping and customs after Brexit, international delivery costs cannot always be accurately calculated at checkout.
Where possible, please select Shipping to be Confirmed. We will contact you with an accurate charge once the order is reviewed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP)
All international shipments are sent using Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). The recipient is responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes.
UK VAT
UK VAT is removed automatically for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom once the delivery address is entered.
Chemicals International
Unfortunately, chemicals cannot be shipped internationally. Any international chemical orders will be refunded automatically.
Delivery FAQ
Can I send an order to multiple addresses?
No. Separate orders are required for each delivery address.
What happens if I'm not in?
Courier deliveries will usually attempt re-delivery or leave the parcel with a neighbour or safe place if authorised. Royal Mail may leave a card and store the parcel at your local sorting office.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?

Any delivery notes entered at checkout will be passed to the courier and printed on the parcel.
