Ordering was very simple. The delivery was uncomplicated and prompt. The promised delivery time was adhered to. The spare part list for the complete pump could and should be higher resolution. The installation direction of the sealing rings was not visible. The product itself was not easy to find in the Internet, but here very well described, so it was clear, which wheel of the many different offered bikes we had to order.
