- PVC Reducing Bush - Spigot x Socket or Male x Female
- Material: polyvinyl chloride - unplasticised, PVC-U
- Stub flange reducing bushes/inserts fit proud of the end of a fitting by 5mm
- They take the fitting size down to the size of the female socket of the insert
- They also have an internal flange to locate the inserted pipe
- A pressure pipe fitting that provides excellent chemical resistance to most solutions of acids, alkalis and salts and solvents that can be mixed with water
- Rated to 230psi/16bar
- PVC pipe and fittings are one of the most widely used materials for pipe installations
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications
- All fittings and pipework have smooth bores which aid in good flow characteristics and resistance to abrasion
- PVC is light to handle and can be easily jointed with a simple set of tools, PVC solvent cement and accessories

- We recommend using a PVC cleaner/prep fluid before gluing to ensure a good weld
- PVC fitting are compatible with standard solvent weld pipe cement or PeViCol glue
