This type of Waterway Wet End is found on 1.5HP & 2HP Waterway E-series Centre Discharge - 48 F - hot tub pumps here in the UK & Europe.
Has been used in the past on Coast Spas (pre 2011), ideal for pumps found on Dream Maker Spas and others.
Complete pumps this wet end is used on PW-W4841, PW-W4842, PW-W4881, PW-W4882, P2-48-1.5-CDSB.
This is also an ideal replacement wet end for the Aquaflo FMCP
