High Speed for Massage, Low Speed for Filter / Cycle

The LX WP series hot tub pumps are one of the most common two speed pumps used on Chinese manufactured hot tubs and swim spas as well as many other newer hot tub and swim spa brands appearing on the European market. 

The WP series of pumps will often serve as a circulation and booster pump, the low speed will circulate to heat and run filter cycles while the high speed will deliver a higher volume of water through hot tub jets. 

If you require a 1 speed pump from LX this would be the LP pump series (please see our other listings).

The LP Series is also ideal for use with

• Weak corrosive liquids such as weak acids (without solid granules) Liquid temperature: +5-60
• For circulating fluids for use in workshops for cooling.

This is a direct replacement for LX WP250 Two Speed Spa Pump with 2" connections manufactured AFTER / POST 2008 (See IMPORTANT NOTE below)

The WP series is also the pump of choice for both Jacuzzi and Sundance spas, replacing the discontinued Theramax pumps and can also be used to replace similar higher priced pumps from other manufactures at a more economical price

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2008 LP & WP pumps and wet ends are manufactured with a shorter suction (approx. 15mm) and discharge port (approx. 30mm). You may find on some hot tubs with very rigid plumbing that the newer versions will not line up with pipework. The wet end faceplate moulding is different and they are also "open" on the rear of the wet end casing as opposed to the pre 08 wet ends which are encased. SEE IMAGES FOR REFERENCE.
