Your manufacturer's warranty is not activated automatically. To receive the full 18 month manufacturer's warranty, you must complete and return the warranty registration form within 14 days of receiving your IceFall™ Ice Bath.
Failure to register within 14 days will reduce your warranty period to 12 months. Warranty registration forms can be found on this product page and should be emailed to info@hydrospares.co.uk together with your order details.
❄ F-Gas Safety Information
This IceFall™ Ice Bath contains a sealed refrigeration system using fluorinated refrigerant (F-Gas). Any servicing, maintenance or repairs involving the refrigeration system must only be carried out by an appropriately F-Gas certified engineer.
Work undertaken by any person or company that is not F-Gas certified may invalidate your manufacturer's warranty and may breach UK F-Gas Regulations. Customers must not attempt to dismantle, modify or repair the refrigeration system themselves.
⚠ Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your IceFall™ Ice Bath immediately upon delivery. Any missing, damaged or incorrect parts must be reported to Hydrospares (Isell Ltd) within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your warranty entitlement.
