This Waterway Ultra Hi-Flo suction for portable spas with a rating of 160 GPM, has an anti-vortex grille and it should be connected to a 1 ½" pipe.
It has to be wall mounted while ensuring that the device is facing the right direction.
Complete with its nut and a seal.

These are a poor design. They are normally positioned at the base of a spa where because they stick out from the side, they are easily knocked or even stood on. They have a central plastic post with a single screw. I have repaired a number of these that have snapped on the stem of the post.
