Pumps With Pneumatic Switch
IMG
Some pumps come fitted with a pneumatic switch, to allow remote operation from an Air Button.
For systems that do not require an air button and are controlled via an electronic control box, the pneumatic switch will need to be left on for the pump to operate correctly.
If your pump does not run in the first instance, please check to see if the pneumatic switch is turned on. If the switch is off, it can be turned on by blowing into the air pipe connection point, which is normally mounted next to the power cable.
[info_note] At time of writing, almost all LX Pumps are supplied without an internal pneumatic switch installed. If you're retrofitting into a system that requires one, it's possible to purchase a suitable pneumatic air switch unit to install, but should only be undertaken by a competent technician, although doing so can void the warranty on the pump.[/info_note]
