How to Package a Return
image
To ensure your return arrives safely and swiftly at our warehouse, it's important to package your parcel correctly. Here's a step-by-step guide.
1. Choose the Right Packaging
image
- Box or Bag? Use a sturdy box for heavy or fragile items like pumps. Lighter items may be fine in padded envelopes or mailing bags.
- Reuse or Buy New? Recycled boxes are acceptable—just ensure they're strong and in good condition.
- Size Matters: The box should fit the item snugly without excessive empty space.
- Remove Old Labels: Ensure no old barcodes or addresses remain visible.

Heavy items may require double-boxing for added protection.

2. Wrap Your Items Securely

- Bubble Wrap: Ideal for heavy or delicate products. Use at least 8–10 cm of padding.
- Paper Wrap: Only suitable for very lightweight, non-fragile items.

Couriers don’t recognise "fragile" stickers—pack to protect regardless of labels.

3. Fill the Empty Space

Prevent movement during transit by filling gaps in the box:
- Reused original packing (e.g., Insta Pack foam)
- Bubble wrap
- Scrunched-up paper (light items only)
- Cardboard layers
- Foam chips or shredded card (not suitable for heavy items)

Place heavier items at the bottom and centre the contents for balance.

4. Include Your Return Details
Place a note inside the parcel with the following:
- Your name and address
- Phone number
- Original order number
- RMA number
5. Seal It Securely

Once packed:
