Part of Balboa's smart spa ecosystem, the Balboa Purezone Hover system is a floating smart device that automatically measures and logs your hot tub's water quality. It accurately monitors pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, and temperature using an onboard optical sensor. Each reading is sent to the Purezone mobile app, where you can review trends, receive alerts and water treatment recommendations, and export data as needed.

The unit calibrates itself before every test and uses replaceable cassettes, capable of 30 readings each. By default, it tests every two daysbut this can be adjusted to suit your cleaning schedule requirements. The app tracks remaining tests per cassette, so you're never caught off guard.

The hover unit floats freely in the spa water and can be safely removed when the tub is in use. There's no manual cleaning, no test strips, and no plumbing alterationsjust straightforward, handsoff water care.
