This pillow / Headrest has 3 locating pins on the reverse side for fitting on to your spa.

Versions of this headrest with the suction cups are now no longer available, if you need to replace a pillow with suction cups then one option is to fit the pin receptacles to your hot tub which is achieved by drilling the correct amount of holes required for the pillow mounting and then pushing in the pillow insert / receptacle in place ( receptacles are available separately  - please see related listings)
